You will receive the ready set-up touch display including wall mount and installation instructions, so that you can put the CareDay into operation without any problems.
After successful installation, you will receive training from us via video meeting.
To operate the CareDay, you need power and Internet access, ideally via a WLAN. If you do not have your own WLAN, you can usually also obtain an LTE router from providers such as Telekom, Vodafone or O2 - these also work.
To maintain the content on CareDay, you also need a normal PC workstation.
The touch display is suitable for 24-hour operation. Thanks to a 3mm thick tempered glass and a full metal frame, it can ensure durability even in more demanding environments.

Yes, training in the operation of the CareDay is included in the price. After commissioning the device, one of our product specialists will conduct the approx. one-hour training session on Zoom with you.
